We offer subscription tiers: Free (2 repurposings per month), Basic ($19/month, 12 repurposings), and Pro ($49/month, 75 repurposings).

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Only submit content that you own or have the right to use
• Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Respect the usage limits of your subscription tier
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service

4. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you submit to BlogSocializer. By using our service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through our AI systems to provide the repurposing service.

The generated content is provided to you for your use, but you are responsible for reviewing and ensuring it meets your needs before publishing. We make no claims to ownership of the output generated from your content.

6. Payment Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly and are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period.

We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current subscription period.

7. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

8. Limitation of Liability

BlogSocializer and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.
