We offer subscription tiers: Free (6 credits per month), Basic ($19/month, 60 credits), and Pro ($49/month, 180 credits).

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account
Maintain the security of your password and account
Only submit content that you own or have the right to use
Not use the service for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
Respect the usage limits of your subscription tier
Not attempt to reverse engineer or exploit the service

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee that the service will be available 100% of the time. We may experience downtime for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Binding Arbitration: If informal resolution fails, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Class Action Waiver: You agree to resolve disputes with BlogSocializer on an individual basis only, and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms of Service and any disputes arising out of or related to them or the service will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
